What is a Sensory Bottle?
A sensory bottle is a mixture of different glues, glitter, beads, sequins and many other things. Together, they mix to create a colourful, sparkling, dazzling sensory bottle. This can be used as an outlet for anger as you vigorously shake it and then as a mindfulness tool as you watch the glitter sparkle. The different items within the bottle settles at different paces and therefore can be calming to watch.
What makes this kit special, is that instead of buying a mass factory produced sensory bottle or lava lamp, the young person is getting to create their very own unique sensory bottle.
